Strong buyer interest leads to a new street record

Inside 6 Sandwell Cres, Kippa-Ring.The successful buyers were a young family moving into the area. “They’ve heard good things about the Peninsula and they liked the fact the home was close to North Lakes, private schools and the Peninsula,” Mr Philp said. “The vendors were ecstatic with the sale. They built the home and loved that a family had bought it and would love it like they did.” The Redcliffe agent said the Kippa-Ring market was getting stronger. “We’re seeing more inquiries, mostly from owner-occupiers, though anything under $450,000 does attracted good interest from both investors and owner occupiers,” he said.
