The 31-year-old attacker has just two months remaining on his contract at Chelsea and negotiations over a new deal have ground to a halt in recent weeks amid the coronavirus crisis. It’s understood Willian is demanding a two-year extension at Stamford Bridge but the Blues are only prepared to offer the Brazil international a rolling 12-month extension and he is now expected to leave the club. Though Arsenal have both been mooted as potential suitor – with Willian and his family keen to remain in London – the Gunners have reportedly been shocked by the forward’s £120,000-a-week wage demands.AdvertisementAdvertisementADVERTISEMENTRead the latest updates: Coronavirus news live Commentcenter_img Rivaldo explains why Willian should snub Arsenal interest and join Tottenham instead Advertisement Metro Sport ReporterThursday 30 Apr 2020 4:29 pmShare this article via facebookShare this article via twitterShare this article via messengerShare this with Share this article via emailShare this article via flipboardCopy link2kShareslast_img
